On 9 October, more than forty partners met in the idyllic setting of the Domaine des Bois Chamblard to discuss sustainable catering.
A number of experts were present, including Bruno Rossignol – EPFL, Laurent Pin – Eldora, Carine Rouge – Label Fait Maison, Olivia Grebler – EcoCook, Lauriane Ryser – Swiss Triple Impact, Laura Le Gal – STCC and Maryline Dafflon and Ludovic Gaudard – B Lab.
The event reinforced LMCare’s commitment to a more virtuous approach to sustainability.
